Leasing & Applications

Applicants may apply online at www.williamsburgestatesbc.com or complete an application packet at the leasing office.

All applicants 18 & over are screened for credit & criminal and income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Rent & Fees

Online via RentPayment, personal or chashier's check or money order

On the 1st of each month.

A late fee of 10% of the rental amount is charged.

$100.00 or equal to one month's rent

Pet Policy

Yes. One time non-refunable fee of $150.00/per pet & $25/month/pet

Move-In/Move-Out

Sign the lease, pay all rent & fees, and set-up electricity.

Yes, if the unit is ready.

Submit your written 60-day notice to the Leasing Office.

A move-out inspection will be completed. Security deposit is returned within 30-days less any outstanding balances or charges.
